Date: 2008-11-06 07:40 am (UTC)OTOH, so far I haven't been impressed with the one time I had sushi with brown rice -- but that was a quickie takeout from Whole Funds Market and probably couldn't compare to something from right behind the bar at a real restaurant. Still, I love brown rice in general, but not convinced for sushi. It seems like the nuttiness and firmness would detract from the more delicate flavors.
