The weird thing is, I only became aware of brown rice sushi tonight seeing a sign advertising it at the grocery store. My husband bought some (he actually likes sushi) by accident. He's actually been avoiding brown rice sushi because he looked at it as a marketing ploy aimed at hippies. However, he said that it was pretty good, stating that his answer for your poll would be "A perfectly good variant". :)
