Please send a nice inquiry of "Hey, I ordered some stuff a while ago and I haven't gotten it yet, what's up?" before you send the "I can't believe you haven't sent this, I missed Christmas and my son's birthday, you are a bunch of cheaters and stole my money, send me a refund in the next ten seconds before I report you to the Better Business Bureau". Really. Send it before you wait a month and a half for something where they've promised 72 hour shipping.

I got to see the 'Sea' shirt when I was visiting home this Christmas, by the way - my mother wore it on day. The end result was pretty cool!
