Please send a nice inquiry of "Hey, I ordered some stuff a while ago and I haven't gotten it yet, what's up?" before you send the "I can't believe you haven't sent this, I missed Christmas and my son's birthday, you are a bunch of cheaters and stole my money, send me a refund in the next ten seconds before I report you to the Better Business Bureau". Really. Send it before you wait a month and a half for something where they've promised 72 hour shipping.

Vicki, who apparently has had the USPS lose her first package. :P

Argh. As another entrepreneur (albeit in the service industry rather than a product creator like yourself), you have my heartfelt sympathies. As my sweetie is fond of saying to cheer me up, "Customers! Can't live with 'em... can't set 'em on fire!" ;)

Incidentally, your recent posts regarding why you like certain folks are really sweet, and I've been enjoying them. I think we don't tell folks often enough how much we appreciate them, and your posts have inspired me to try to do more of that. Thank you! ;)
