A special note to those who deal with small businesses

Please send a nice inquiry of "Hey, I ordered some stuff a while ago and I haven't gotten it yet, what's up?" before you send the "I can't believe you haven't sent this, I missed Christmas and my son's birthday, you are a bunch of cheaters and stole my money, send me a refund in the next ten seconds before I report you to the Better Business Bureau". Really. Send it before you wait a month and a half for something where they've promised 72 hour shipping.

Vicki, who apparently has had the USPS lose her first package. :P

During my little "episode" with Go Cyber Shop (which ended in threats of litigation) there were months and months of polite inquiries, which were duly ignored. My conscience is clear!

Ending with threats is reasonable. It's starting with them I hve an issue with.
