A random coworker, while passing me in the hallway, just made a cross with his fingers at me and said "Sign of the Cross...ooh, Dracula."

I'm dressed purely Land's End inoffensive today: green turtleneck, black cotton slacks, red socks, black shoes. My Roman erotic talisman's tucked under my shirt, just like it should be.

I think I may be projecting stuff I don't mean to again.

I'm actually kind of jealous too. And in some cases, where you're just not going to blend in with the culture at your workplace, cultivating one's image as the Ominous Loner can be useful. A shame that the only image I've ever been able to cultivate in an office setting is the Awkward Nerdy Guy.
