A random coworker, while passing me in the hallway, just made a cross with his fingers at me and said "Sign of the Cross...ooh, Dracula."

I'm dressed purely Land's End inoffensive today: green turtleneck, black cotton slacks, red socks, black shoes. My Roman erotic talisman's tucked under my shirt, just like it should be.

I think I may be projecting stuff I don't mean to again.

I'd be more inclined to think that it's just someone being ignorant (only I hadn't realized that this could extend to Christian symbols too, how disappointingly enlightening). I get that a lot with my pentacle, but that's rather understandable.

Oh, I wasn't wearing a cross! Or my pentacle. I've been many religions in my time, but Christian's never been one of them...maybe it was the red socks!

*snickers* Just goes to show that I shouldn't be reading when I've got a hole in my....leg? (I knew I was a dinosaur, but who stores their brain there?)

In that case, it's an odd comment indeed. Perhaps you looked snarly or cross?

I still think it's a case of someone being weird.
