Things I love that don't make any sense, #27

Thanksgiving sandwiches in May. The whole point of the thing is silly. It's mostly bread stuffing put on some slices of bread. Not only that, when it is actually Thanksgiving, I never mix together my cranberry sauce, stuffing, turkey, and gravy all in the same bite. Also, it's a hot sandwich, which as a way to celebrate a nice warm day is perhaps not from first principles a good choice.

But still, yum.

If it's just bread stuffing, that is silly, but if you've got your turkey and gravy and cranberry in there too, that's not so bad. ('gryn) Bon appetit!

I love stuffing, almost as much as turkey itself. I mean, it's starch soaked in salty animal juices. Even the fast-food version dished up at Boston Market is delicious to my ratty palate. I haven't tried it on bread, but now I'll have to try it.

You are so cute. Sometime I must come over and make you a blue cornbread stuffed chicken or something.
