As a note (in response to responses to the third question), apathy is the main failing that the sin of 'sloth' represents.

That makes sense. Maybe sloth should be changed to apathy. Because one can be non-lazy (as in, do a lot of things) but still be apathetic about the world in general. And one can be physically lazy but still care and do other types of things to help the world in general. I dunno, that's the way I saw it, anyway.
