Due to a variety of feedback, we are considering pushing the anniversary bus party back to the 25th of June. Are there any of you who wanted to come for whom that date is worse?
For me personally, it all depends on the on-call schedule at work, which hasn't been posted that far out. But I should point out that it's the same weekend as That Big Ice Cream Party to which many of our mutual friends might be going.
It is, which was the motivation for the earlier date originally. But it looks like conflicts for the 18th may be even more broad-reaching in the relevant social circle.
But thanks for making sure we were aware; that's exactly the feedback we need.
Basically, dim sum Saturday early afternoon, party bus around NYC late afternoon/early evening. party bus NYC -> Boston, party bus around Boston late-night Saturday into Sunday, come to any or all.
Ah, in that case I could only make it on the 25th as the schedule is completely incompatible with going to SOS on the 18th in Boston and coming home to New York on the 19th, and I would be maybe interested in the party bus around NYC part but not the NYC-Boston part.
Yes, that weekend is both Baitcon and FAC Pinewoods. I'm still trying to decide between those two events whereas I have no conflict on the 18th. Perhaps move the celebration to Baitcon.
