A few weeks ago they seemed okay, so either they starved (I was feeding them, but going in there now there is pretty much nothing to eat), or hte last storm somehow killed what was already a weak colony. I'd like to get new bees, but at this late date I'm not sure what is possible.
Corpses, but no honey and very little brood. I'm guessing I just didn't feed a hive that had no stores enough, or the last storm did a pretty weak hive in, or the queen died over hte last few weeks. Haven't been able to look in to see if there's foulbrood or anything, but I doubt it. I am looking into replacements now, but hte place I got them from last year isn't delviering until the very end of May and I'd like to get in before that if possible.
I hope you find someone who will supply you with more bees soon, otherwise I hope you can endure the long wait until your old supplier will deliver again.

I think mine is still alive, but I won't really know for a while. I remember how vexed I was when my first one absconded. You have my sympathies.
