The USPS has started a pilot program to let people recycle small electronics by putting them in a free envelope available at post offices. I hope this is successful and goes national.
another way to get rid of things like ....inkjet cartridges, PDAs, Blackberries, digital cameras, iPods and MP3 players – without having to pay for postage;....
i'll be trading in one of my cameras to ebay, which gives you paypal back (compared to everywhere else that gives you credit) i'll be putting it towards either a new camear (which i realllly need, or at least a lens kit) or my kiln! funny nuff, it's only going for about 10-15 on ebay, my tricked out laptop i'm running (i checked to see how much they depreciate) was offered $130 (and this is a nice system)
oh, and then there's that whole pulling everything that's mostly safe to pull apart, and making it into other things!
Ok, I obviously need more coffee ... I had to read this three times before I stopped seeing "Electrons Recycling." Which really made me wonder about putting them in envelopes ... (Although I guess you usually do add at least a few whenever you pick one up.)
