Swap-bot is kind of hit-or-miss. I've had a *lot* of people not fulfill swaps there, but the swaps I have gotten from there are usually really nice.

i like craftster for swaps, i've never had a 'no send', i've personaly angeled there a few times,
the hit&miss aspect of craftster is that there are alot of newbies, and i've been slightly disapointed in some of the packages i've recived, especialy with the time and effort i've put into alot of the ones i've sent out!
