Awesomest snack I've had in a while: a sandwich made with Nutella and nectarine jam I made myself from organic farmshare fruit, on 15 grain bread.

God, Rik and I had something like that at a (defunct and much lamented) Greek festival a few years ago. I think they were called loukoumades?

Yeah, that's them. Loukoumades are a lot lighter fare though, as they tend to be more puffy as opposed to "made almost entirely of milk solids"
