1)I seem to be making all of my social rolls at -3 today.

2)I will be at Anthrocon this year, without any official obligations at the con for the first time since I started attending in 1999. Anyone who wants to get a chance to hang out, just look for the chubby old lady with the adorable chatterbox toddler in tow, or ping me and I'll send you my cell phone number. Quiet, intellectual conversation and/or hugs especially appreciated. Earlybirds especially encouraged to apply -- Rhys is usually up by 7 am or so, and we'll likely be wandering the halls by 8 am.

If anyone wants to have any particular World Tree/Mother's Hearth/Little Pagans stuff available to buy or trade with me at the con, let me know in advance so I can bring it along.

3)My June/July Sampler came today, and it once again totally rocks. [profile] queenofstripes, I can see you having a great time distributing some mini-games through this thing. I'll probably bring along some neat stuff from it to trade for...whatever. I like trading.

4)Rhys thinks those cold juice flavored things on a stick are called "pop pickles".

My nieces (only slightly older than the kaiju) have this problem with "kitties." My brother can't stop asking them if they want to come to my house so they can play with their uncle's "titties."

No official obligations?

I hope the timeslot for World Tree didn't kill the game. I really tried to do what I could, but I just didn't have room.

Oh no, not at all! But Bard's going to run the game. I'm on mothra-wrangling duty for that slot. Quiet conversation is compatible with childcare duty.

You know that nobody's going to find you, right? Or they'll identify Rhys by your description and assume you're his cute au pair working her way through college.

Great idea, re: the Sampler, thanks!

Hmm. I won't have my toddler in tow, but if you want a bit of toddler-free time for an hour or so, find me at the Sanguine booth and I'll happily chase after him for a bit to give you a break.

Also, find me at the Sanguine booth so we can chat. :)

Pop pickles. Hehehe!
