Inari Sushi and California Rolls
Shrimp, Beef, and Chicken Satay with Coconut-Peanut Sauce
Salad with Orange-Sesame Dressing
Chana Saag (Spinach with Chickpeas Curry)
Thai Chicken with Basil and Hot Peppers
Lamb Biryani
Spiced Baked Fish with Yogurt
The Cake of the Forest of Felines
and Alcoholic Sno-Cones.

Actually, if you were to show up any time over the next week, you could probably eat these things. I have, once again, cooked way way too much food.

Sure! All I need is a plane ticket, a fridge full of interesting groceries and access to a half-decent kitchen.

Actually, I love doing festival-style cooking, and I haven't done nearly enough of it lately; I'd almost forgotten how much fun it is.
