Chopping things

Does anyone (preferably local, but I'll ship if I need to) have equipment appropriate for taking chunks of wood about eight inches long and an inch or two across and turning them into either small chips and/or powder? I've got about a pound of fancy incense wood (Palo Santo) that came in in a different forma than I expected.

Please help! Thanks. I can pay for shipping/time/effort as appropriate if needed.
