You're always welcome to use my journal as an example. I like to think that at least some of my entries are amusing to the general public, and it's all written with the mindset that my mother is reading it.
(Mostly because she is).
What's interesting to me is that Bard's is far from being the only fictional journal around, and I'm not just talking about teenagers writing about sex they didn't have... there are a lot of role-play journals here.
