So. Damned. Tired. Too tired even to rant about it much now.
But, since I still owe several of you answers, I'll try to keep on schedule by answering one for which I have no idea of the answer.
What do you call the opposite of a griffon, with a wolf's head and an eagle's body?
I haven't been able to take the time to dig up any medieval bestiaries to see if there's a traditional name for this chimera. Until I find out otherwise, I give you permission to call this beast a "griffoff". But not to its face.
