Two of the walls of my office are made of metal.

Now I know what I want for my birthday.

Magnets.

Cutesy crafty tiger and bee magnets? Little picture frames for your photos? Artsy fartsy like Dress-Michelangelo's-David? The words you can rearrange into poetry lines? The colourful plastic letters of the alphabet, that in my house, Mom always had on the fridge when we were toddlers?

NIB ones! You could trick people into trying to pull them off, for cheap amusement.

So these should or should not be the anatomically correct 'paper' doll magnets which include a really cute cross dressing blond guy?

Not all metals are magnetic. Aluminum, for instance is not only not magnetic, it's dia-magnetic. It will actually REPEL a magnet if the magnet is moving too fast, because the magnetic flux lines will bend back in such a way that it creates a "virtual" magnetic field that repels the magnet away.

And stuff.

So THERE. :)
