beetigerI have been buying Otokomae Tofu as a treat for myself for a while, every time I make the pilgrimage to Mitsuwa Marketplace. It is awesome with local maple syrup on it as a high-protein dessert. But only now that it has been featured on Serious Eats do I realize it also has an insane website, and that its name loosely translates as "Hot Dude".
