Art glass to good home
Jul. 28th, 2003 01:23 pmTwo large boxes of really nice art glass, mostly in about one-foot squares, purchased several years ago when stained glass was a hobby of mine. Our arts-and-crafts room is being converted into our nursery, and I don't expect to get back to the sharp-edges-and-lead-solder stuff for some years.
Some number of hundreds of dollars of retail value.
If you are/know a stained glass hobbyist, and are willing to come to either my home in Westchester County or some reasonable place in the Westchester or Boston areas to collect this, it's yours. They are heavy and I can't really lug them around anywhere elsewise.
I hate to just toss this -- it's really nice stuff, and I paid a lot for it, back in the day.
